The thing about italo, is that despite it being a super-broad definition, it's instantly obvious whether something is italo or not. It's much like dubstep in that regard.
And none of the things you posted sound anything like italo and they certainly don't feel like italo at all.

You people need to grow some ears. They didn't "literally just loop a part". The original sample is processed through multiple effects, mainly flangers and phasers, then a new bassline was added, that interplays with the original sample's basic funk chord to create a subtle chord progression. The whole thing is sped up, looped and sidechained to a thumping drum machine to create a hypnotic, unending groove.
