Pigs : Greedy, pro-war and stuck up leaders/politiciaby who think they're above the rest but are actually so ridiculous and disgusting Roger can't help wanting to laugh at them.
Dogs : Evil people, mostly businessmen, who are ready to abuse and manipulate others in order to get further in life. Think they're the ones in control of their destiny but are actually manipulated by pigs.
Sheep : Normies who get exploited and have shitty and dangerous jobs so Pigs and Dogs can get more money
