simultaneously the most entry-level black metal release there is and one of the greatest ever in the genre. don't force yourself to like it right away -- it took me a few listens to warm up to it but as a result i'm very into black metal now. i've heard at least 150 BM albums and still none of them capture the same magic that burzum does.
