Radiohead? OK Computer is a fantastic album. Near equal to Morning Glory. Rest of their stuff before and after is just alright. Same can be said of Oasis, but that's only because they deviated from the formula.

It's a bit hard to define what Britpop is anyway. Radiohead probably isn't. Oasis is my favorite band and Britpop my favorite genre, but even Oasis aren't really Britpop. They came close around Be Here Now though. Blur with Parklife, Pulp's Different Class - pure Britpop.

Well compare anything Oasis released to Common People and there's a pretty big difference. Britpop songs usually have a certain wry humor that Oasis lacked. There's also a certain "English" style to Britpop songs, which is why they were never popular in America. Morning Glory was more palatable for American audiences because it wasn't uniquely English.
Remember, there is the great band called Joy Division in the UK rock.
