So i was watching an interview of Jean Touitou (APC founder) on France Culture (a french culture/history public radio). He was invited to discuss about the problems that exist in france to manage your company under the tax pressure applied by the government
At the end of the interview, he was randomly asked about his relationship with kanye, and if ye was really trying to make it into fashion
He answered that kanye and him visited a Hermes workshop/museum where they saw special made-to-measure items being made (like a suitcase made out of ostrich or some shit). He explained a funny moment during which ye tried to have a Hermes cook open on saturday so hova and beyonce could have a meal, but Hermes were closed on saturday and didn't want to open; Jean Touitou claimed this was stupid of them since hov would've probably bought hermes shit by the truckloads. He also said ye was extremely creative and was the type of guy to break barriers and not accept compromises
Also interestingly, he said that kanye didn't have nearly as much as 100 million like some websites/newspapers were claiming, and that he had a 30 million debt after he tried to launch his women runway line, despite jean touitou providing help
