And there are people who quite literally worship the Beatles, so whether or not you agree on the actual quality is irrelevant. i don't really get how illmatic can be considered overrated.
This one. It's not a bad album really, but for the Beatles it's got an incredibly flaccid first half. It doesn't quite redeem itself with the second side medley.
Honestly, I always thought Abbey Road was only loved more than Rubber Soul, Revolver, Sgt. Pepper, and The White Album because of its significantly more iconic cover.
Give me Let It Be any day over this mess.
