Dragnalus or Kantina

Good answer. I typically don't count it as one song, Valentine Card is probably my favorite on the album. Ratbite is really exceptional as well

Rat Conspiracy? I have that one, it's an awesome buy. The essay is really fascinating and the bonus tracks are fantastic.

Yea I already like Squirrel Bait a lot but I can't find anywhere to download them, I like Japan too and the guys solo work, never heard of Bitch Magnet, I'll check them out always a pleasure Anon :)

Curious why Super ae is so high but vision creation newsun isn't even on the chart, I liked newsun much more and thought it was just a better ae
>>
>>62025500
Wish I could rec something more obscure but my mind evades me at the moment
>>
give me a rec and a rate and i'll let you lick my pink
>>
>>62025509
I like Newsun a lot as well, but I feel like it drags a bit near the end and on the opening track. Also, I feel like the record lacks the sheer creative energy and emotional freedom that Super ae has. I just feel like Super ae is the perfect mix of crazy, experimental punk Boredoms and focused, psychedelic/ krautrock Boredoms. Super Going, Super Are You, and Super Shine are great examples of this.

They're both great, though. Awesome group.

ever heard of Dance & Destroy? You'll dig. It features Sean Decker
https://middlemanrecords.bandcamp.com/album/dance-destroy-s-t-7

Black Eyes may be up your alley
Yage - Lange Lügenbeine
Reversal of Man
You have probably heard of all of these
>>
>>62028336
Not Dance and Destroy. I'll check them out. The rest I have heard of. But I don't think I've heard enough Yage to make a complete appraisal.

Jacob from Black Eyes used to play in an awesome band called (the last) thirty seconds (of) with Matt Safer of the Rapture. They played extended hardcore jams ala The Stooges or early Fucked Up. They had a horn section. They fucking slayed. But they never recorded anything. I think because Matt moved to NY to play with the Rapture.

But I didn't like Black Eyes as much.
>>
>>62028239
Thanks, I've listened to From Her To Eternity, my favourite by Nick Cave, and I am yet to listen to Sunshine Has Blown, I'll probably give it a listen tonight.

Listening to Schulze - X. It sounds EXACTLY like Tangerine Dream. How many groups/people were doing this exact thing? Anyway, it's nice. Spacey and warm.

You're kind of off my map. A bit of a shit in the dark, but maybe you'll like Fish and Roses - We Are Happy To Serve You.
>>
>>62028497
loved Rapture, the other band you are talking about sounds amazing, how did you hear about them if they never recorded anything?
Jacob also played in Amalgamation who are infamous for releasing a split with Jeromes Dream who I absolutely adore
>>

>>62028790
and I am also just realizing that Mattie Safer also played in Amalgamation

Saw them live twice. I'm old. Listening to Yage rn. Sounds really good.
>>
>>62028867
>I'm old
That explains the good taste
Are you into La Quiete?
>>
>>62028945
Nah, I have not heard a single modern screamo band that I've liked and I've completely given up. I drew the line at City of Caterpillar. I either suffer from nostalgia disease or I have really high standards.
>>
>>62023913
Would chill with. 10/10 taste
>>
>>62029012

have you never heard Off Minor?
Please tell me you at least like Off Minor.
>>
>>62023913
10/10 would chill with
>>
>>62029068
I listened to them once and thought they sounded like the Dillinger Escape Plan of screamo: too much going on, not enough to hold onto.

I do like Ampere. But once you've heard one of their albums you've heard them all.
>>
>>62029200
I guess that controlled chaos is what I like about Off Minor, that and their bassist and drummer amaze me. How about Gospel? I don't really like the DEP at all but i can see where you are coming from. I adore Ampere but that is kind of true.

I've heard them and didn't like them, but can't remember why. Guess I'll go listen again.

Someone showed me Lord Snow. They were alright. Kind of like a cross between Harriet the Spy and Assfactor 4.

Would you be interested in the 90's hc/post-hc charts I've made? You probably know most of the bands, but there may be some you don't. You may have also seen them posted in some of the emo threads lately....

It was a masterpiece of post-irony. It completely eclipsed the degree to which something like vaporwave is conscious of nostalgia and its own context in American consumer culture.
