Looks like it was simply in order of submission. When I did the last one, I ordered it alphabetically. In both cases, I think the overall experience could have been better with a bit of curatorial work, choosing which tracks play off each other. I'm not up to track 13, and I had to turn up the volume for 12 so I could actually notice the subtleties in its sounds.
Its uploading properly, but I gotta catch some Z's for work so it'll be posted roughly 5 hours from now if no one gets impatient & uploads it before me. Just letting ya know I haven't forgotten.

Posies
As with all compilations, there are going to be some tracks
that just stand out above all others. In this case it was
because of the track order, but having previously heard much
of Posies work, I am just as impressed here as I am with
the rest of his work. At just two minutes long, it doesn't
drag on like some of the other tracks tend to. The variations
in feedback, and percussive elements really add a sense of
urgency, and hardly feel laboured.

You may want to turn your volume up for this one. The
entire track seems to be made up mostly of high end, with
some field recordings and new age inspired synth work
heard faintly in the background. What this track does well
is subtlty. There are climaxes, though they don't reach the
epicness for lack of a better description you might expect
in some other PE.
Perhaps if it was mixed a little louder, it may stand out
better among the other tracks which are all loud, though
that in my opinion would take away most of its charm.
If anyone could point me to more of this guys work, I'd
appreciate it.

Having been to Melbourne only once in my life (and for a
short time at that), I definitely feel what what trying to
be achieved here. On the surface, Melbourne really doesn't
differ all that much from any other major cities in Australia,
it does however have a far more cosmopolitan feel than some.
Field recordings of city chatter center you in such a place,
and a dim hum approximates the induction fans that inhabit
the inner city laneways.

This one is a slow burner. Sitting among the longer tracks
here, it is a nice change of pace to the heart pumping
electronic chaos found otherwise in the a lot of of the
previous tracks.

Nihil's Maw properly capture the aesthetic of the harsh
noise wall. The title here even speaks of floods
moving and building layers of soil in such a way that I
can imagine somebody sculpting a track like this. It's just
the right length too, one thing I personally like about
the HNW form is that it can take on any shape or form.

4mn in your track, I appreciate that it's not one single sound going on, it has some movements. This is a plus compared to some other tracks.
I think it lacks some overdubbing. You have this cyclical really distorted chaos going on on the foreground, maybe you could have add some other sound to the "periphery", like piercing feedback, low rumble with a smoother textures, anything that will add contrast and depth.
Now if you want to make walls + accoustic, my advice would be to look into motors. You can scavenge small motors from tape players, power them with 9v batteries and have the axis grind guitar strings, cymbal, springs, etc. Basically it's a spinning bow.

If you like sampling, there is the usual digital sampler/looper solution, but maybe you could look into tape loops ? They are way clunkier but they sound gnarly, and the whole "falling apart" aspect can give interesting results. I've built my whole setup around a 4-track tape player for live tape looping.

Open it in your favourite media player, and click anywhere
along the timeline, and you won't notice much change. Does
that make this a wall of noise?
Perth is apparently a place where nothing happens. I'd go out
on a limb and say that there are some things that happen there
(in fact one of my favourite Australian bands comes from here),
though thematically, yes this track does make sense. It's not
the easiest to digest wall, though does serve it's purpose.
I don't know what it would be like to grow up in Perth. I don't
know if I 100% like this track, though as I play through
segments again and again, I feel it does get stronger. Perhaps
this is one of those cases where a longer wall is a better wall.
Play this one through a couple of times, and you can comes to
appreciate the variations in noise that you can hear

As far as I know no one's done a PDF of it yet, but it would be well worth your time and money to get a copy of the first (and likely only) issue of As Loud As Possible, put out by Steve Underwood who's also responsible for Harbinger Sound. Of particular interest to you is a LONG spread with Gary Mundy, where he talks about the history of Broken Flag, performing live as Ramleh, and discusses release-by-release everything put out on the label, with specific offerings from the other artists involved when possible.
This isn't even getting in to the other fantastic articles included: interviews with Climax Denial, Sewer Election, Putrefier, G.X. Jupitter-Larsen, and one of the most comprehensive explanations of the motivations of HNW by the man himself, Sam McKinlay.

Well, think of it this way, it allows for the artists to hone their skills and get even better at their craft. I would work on it earlier but I have a busy semester. Rest assured by May I'll have the concept and guidelines ready. And is there anyone who has a problem with leaving this next one off bandcamp and instead just putting up an initial mega link? I organised the first compilation, and the only problem I see is if someone goes and does a half assed job at it. There are already a few labels associated with /noise/ posters, some quality and some not so good, and I think there are already plenty of options for more established labels to put stuff out. Not to mention the plethora of labels associated with the various noise subreddits.
Secondly, branching out and having your noise heard by people from different circles will definitely help improve your listener base, and any feedback you may get.

Those are the first three that come to mind. You could search /r/cassetteculture for 'noise' and 'label', and come up with others.
Of the above, I personally like the look or Post Life Industries, though I haven't got any clue as to what they actually sound like or whatever. I've also had dealings with Pro Death and Bicephalic Records before, so they seem quite good.

Our Contemporary Experience
Is dad-noise a thing? If it is, it would be something like this.
Images of slightly bent LP's rotating around a turn table,
surface noise, AM radio and wooden panels on cars. It might not
be contemporary any more, but once upon a time, in certain
places in the world, it was. And sometimes it's ok to sit back
and reminisce with a cup of tea or coffee.

Asbestos Lead Asbestos
Hey, don't sound so bitter! I'm sure there's more to your town than
just shitty friends.
Some of the more groovy and interesting stuff I've heard from Asbestos
Lead Asbestos. They way rhythm is handled is quite good, often in
noise rhythm will fall into either the industrial or breakbeat category.
This comes has the hallmarks of the 90's/early 00's vein of noise
weirdness, not that I'm overly familiar with it. It almost reminds me
of something off of Devin Townsend's Devlab album.
But seriously peeps, if your friends are using you in any way, set clear
boundaries and expectations for them.

Cowboy of Noise
Speaking frankly, this is the sort of noise I don't find all that
appealing. Perhaps watching it live would be more interesting. I
am not quite sure how it is generally put together, save for combining
recordings of various circuit bent electronic toys and other live
sounds, which is something I could certainly see myself enjoying the
sight of. It comes across as very laid back, not taking anything too
seriously, which is something I can certainly admire. A lot of the time
noise can get stuck within the oh so serious image, so in contrast to
that this can be something refreshing. And at just under four
minutes long, it doesn't stick around too long to become annoying.

compilation, or reflecting on your own placement within society, or

Close your eyes, and use these spaces of time to focus deeply on

I first read this title as an insult to the audience. Maybe it is.
But it can just as easily be an insult given to the artist. NY is
one of the largest metropolitan centers of the world, I can't imagine
it would be an easy place to break into the local scene.
Let's focus on the noise for a minute though... Another wall, though
this time it appears to be made from feedback, rather than a sound source
distorted to hell and back. As such, it doesn't feel solid, it feels
as if it could collapse at any point in time.

I'm largely the same regarding nylon / foot worship and how little I care for it personally, but that's certainly not going to stop me from picking up something by The Rita. And missing out on that "Total Women's Stocking Worship" shirt is something I've been kicking myself over for a while.
His more recent focus on ballet is definitely something that appeals to me though. It feels more like new ground, and not on the tired level of feet / giallo / nihilism / whatever.

It's an abstract relationship a lot of times. Things often just sound like a concept and that's all there is to it. Other time it's based on psychological responses to certain sounds and thus an association with an atmosphere and a concept. Other non innate associations can come from experience such as with pop culture, media, or other events. You have to think of it in a detailed light with regards to moods, atmospheres, and psychological response. It's not just an arbitrary association with a concept.
