AA is just a pop record. A good one, but a pop record. IMO she's kinda lost that ethereal sense, that made her previous albums alien and interesting. She used to balance on the verge of a ballet sensibility and computer-in-a-basement nerdiness. This is straight up pop.

There are way better pop albums out there, just because grimes made this one does not mean it's good. She's just catering to her tumblr fans who are now into the mainstream music, as to appear beyond indie music... it's just bullshit music catering to a bullshit audience and if you like this album you probably don't listen to good pop music, just what all the other pop music 'alternative' kids are listening to today.
