Why are field recordings considered so deep and inaccessible? I listen to recordings of Pacific chorus frogs to get to sleep at night, and various other wilderness recordings like dawn choruses and lakeside scenes. Also city nighttime sounds are very relaxing for whatever reason. Planes flying overhead, horns off in the distance, crickets, frogs, it's all very nice.
