The Beatles are patrician though. There's literally no genuine criticism of The Beatles ever. Even the Scaruffi writing isn't so much criticizing The Beatles as it's trying to make the point that since The Beatles music followed "simplistic" pop formulas, it means that rock music is yet to reach a creative zenith.
