Yes, he's been accused. But you deeply believe he's guilty. Just because someone claim someone did something wrong, doesn't mean he's guilty . That's why they're accusations. I'm not saying he's innocent or guilty, for there's not enough evidence on both parties and the court has not declared anything yet. But the point has been proven whether if you're innocent or guilty, a man's life will be ruined for years.

Fear and feeling depressed is exactly what it is. And speaking up is a great risk as well, so this is why so many of them stayed silent for so long. Literally only one person confessed after fuck knows how long he has been doing this, which eventually led others to confess as well. Sexual harassment/assault, no matter how insignificant, can potentially scar and shame a person for years, so victims are very likely to bottle up their memories and emotions for quite a long time.
