Nah, John made okay stuff as a whole after the breakup, whereas Paul's first 2 solo albums and BOTR and a few more Wings albums are great (his songs with M. Jackson are probably some of Jackson's best songs as well, imo). Also, John was a god awful human being and for some reason he's the only artist where I have a really hard time separating the artist from the art.

Going back through, I realize just how underrated the LOVE album is. Martin and his son did a tremendously good job on it. There's some really neat shit going on in it.
I mean, it also might be that it was my first real exposure to The Beatles in a full album (4th grade). But still, there's some really fuckin' sweet mashup type shit going on and it sounds great.
