a lot like birds sounds like more proggy DGD but no compromise on energy
as cities burn's first full length is pretty god tier for mid 00s post hardcore, but check all their stuff (especially come now sleep)
the fall of troy's first two albums are perfect
emery - the question, might get some flack for the christian undertones but if you're not listening for it they don't stick out
