And ... I don't really like my country, but french BM is actually very good. Look for Sale Freux, Peste Noire, and Baise Ma Hache. There is the most "popular" BM bands here. ( My favorite is Sale Freux ).
If somebody come next to Paris a day, I'll enjoy to make him discover a few of very good french bands.

Superb album.
To be honest I rather dislike qualifications like "best of [overarching blanket genre] of all time" for genres that have many distinct subgenres. Dopethrone is fuggen gr8, and I think within the "stoner" subgenre the only album that competes is Sleep's Dopesmoker.
