From the 463 albums I rated I only have three 10/10's. And even those, if I were to re-listen them I could probably find a reason to make them 9/10. Maybe I'm too critical.

A 10/10 for me is an album that has absolutely no garbage in it. And that's hard to find, but Pink Floyd has (for me) several which is already a feat.

It seems to me that an album not being a concept album can't really be a 10/10, because for the sake of diversity the bands/singer tend to mix good songs (which become singles) and crap to fill in the blanks.
But I suppose that being a Rock Prog enthusiast plays a lot in how I see music.

Yeah I agree, of the 10,302 albums ive listened to not one has been above a 9.86/10. Ive only had 34 9.28/10 and I think maybe 12 and a half 8.843/10
