That is wrong. Electro/synthpop are actually ones of the least danceable genres part of ELM. Techno, house, trance, feature a prominent rhythm great for dancing, while electro/synthpop focus os singing. They're closer to the traditional songwriting.

Her music is also for listening. Except most of Art Angels most of her music has a dreamy quality, less suitable for dancing. Just listen to Visions or Halfaxa.
To avoid confusions, better put Electronic Music General next time. Most electronic music is beat driven and if you want just music for listening (non danceable), you exclude a huge part.
