Truth is, Radiohead isn't really that relevant when discussing the most influential artist of this century.
Hip Hop & Rap is easily the biggest, most influential genre of music in popular culture. And Kanye has been the most important artist in this genre for the last 10 - 15 years or so, and his influence isn't simply contained to this genre. This is not a controversial claim.
Just so we're clear; I'm not the OP, nor do I think he's the best artist of the 21st century, but he's easily the most influential one.

It's kinda funny, I feel like Kanye and Drake both encapsulate different 4chan traits.
Drake's a fucking beta who won at life and is now kind of a scumbag, but maintains his public image extremely well like Patrick Bateman from American Psycho.
And Kanye just unabashedly expresses himself with seemingly little regard for others' opinions, at least in the moment. His autism makes it difficult for him to express himself to his fullest ability, and that probably creates internal turmoil for him when he's alone. His obviously fake laughs and awkward demeanor during interviews are also quite funny to laugh at.
