nope. it's great at first.... poetically speaking, the feeling is so nice that all you have left to do is fall asleep because your day isn't going to get any better.
the problem is that the euphoric feeling is often so nice that people try to "chase the dragon" and get it all the time, which eventually causes your body to stop producing the hormone dopamine because it's used to the heroin/opiates coming in and releasing the floodgates / eventually wringing out the washcloth for a few drops more, and therefore dopesickness = you dont have your natural levels of painkiller/pleasure hormone in you while your body is throwing a fit, so basically getting dopesick = feeling all of the natural pains/queasiness of life.
