The best cheap bookshelf speakers right now are pretty much the JBL LSR 305s. They measure pretty flat (even in shit rooms) and have good off-axis response. A subwoofer is pretty much necessary if you want good bass response, but bass in a room is always a tricky thing.

the bass is alright but they don't manage to fill the room evenly. I get big sound differences from just moving my head around,

He's also said in one of his videos that people have a gross view of the middle east because the media only focuses on extremists and Varg said that the majority of people living there just want to get by and are caught in the fire because of a loud minority.
Varg's never said anything truly racist and never said anything that implies he thinks aryans are better than everybody else, he just believes that if people are going to go anywhere, respect the area's culture and don't force your own culture in foreign lands. He said it goes both ways.

I'm aware of and like Despised Icon, among the best deathcore out there and arguably the originators of the style. The Red Chord is another similar really good band. The album you posted is actually my favorite album of theirs, though I don't listen to them much anymore. Nowadays if i'm listening to deathcore it's pretty much always Slice the Cake or Black tongue
