I believe "Cruel Swing" by Jawbox and "Memory Machine" by Dismemberment plan have at least some measures in 5/4 but I'm not too good at counting.
Also, according to my sheet music of " 爆裂パニエさん (Bakuretsu Panie-San)" by tricot, there's a couple measures of 10/8, but there's a lot of time signature changes in their music.

Sufjan Stevens has a thing for songs in 5/4. A lot of his songs are written either entirely or partly in 5/4. "Come On! Feel the Illinois!", "The Tallest Man, the Broadest Shoulders" , "All Good Naysayers, Speak Up! Or Forever Hold Your Peace!" . I think quite a few more are.

Adding to this, I looked at the liner notes to the American Football re-release
Track 5 "You Know I Should Be Leaving Soon" alternates between 3/4, 5/4, then to 4/4 before repeating.
The next track, "But The Regrets Are Killing Me," opens up with a single measure in 5/4

I was surprised that I listened to this song many times without counting along/realising it was in an uneven time signature. the first 4 notes in everything in it's right place are an anacrusis, and then you just count to 10 (it's in 10/4). don't know what to say about the second one, i find it pretty straightforward to count 1 2 3 4 5 to it.

I'd call it 7/4. I heard it was serendipity that it ended up that way, because when someone cut the tape to make a loop they accidentally cut it one beat short, and the band liked it better that way.

"Fireworks" by Animal Collective starts in 9/8 then moves into 4/4.

...no that's wrong, it was written like that. The point was to make it sound like it 'skipped' a beat. The idea was that it would be similar to how people tend to skip over important things in their life in pursuit of money and fame, and also how people never seem to think that they have enough money.
