What headphones should i buy?

Little bit about my current headphones. Most of the time while im on my pc i use logitech g-930s. Wireless, I know they arent good but i originally got them for gaming. When i just wanna listen to music i you my V-moda M100s. They sounds great even though i dont have an amp. The only thing i dont like about those is how after about 30 minutes they start too really hurt my ears. I even bought XL cups. I guess my ears are just too big. I plan on keeping both of these headphones but i want to try more. I see a lot of people talk about audio technicas and stuff so let me know what you have and what you like about yours and maybe what would be good for me. I will mainly use them for listening and making music.

Get the 80 ohm version if you don't have an amp, don't fall for the 32 ohm trap.

I produce electronic music so sound quality is very important to me. Right now I'm using Sennheiser HD 598 (pic related)

They are $310 on amazon but they are on sale for $147. I dk what your budget is but I think they are really worth the value. I got them back in may or june I think and I'm very happy with my purchase and have encountered zero problems.

They don't have as strong of a bass as some headphones, they are more focused on sound quality but the bass is substantial enough that it's not drowned out. They just aren't retardedly bassy like beats by dre.

If you don't have an amp or audio interface then go for the lowest number (~32 or something). I have the 250 version and I can now tell the difference between amp and no amp...
