Borknagar Quintessence is amazing on every single track and the Vinyl remaster resolved the shit mastering on the CD version. The rest of their catalog is average at best.

Opeth - My Arms Your Hearse. Nothing else besides Damnation (which was their one-off acousticish album) really compares. Their other albums arnt bad, but this is the only one I still listen to.

Please don't do this, there are people out there who will actually think that Benji is the only Sun Kil Moon album worth anything, and that Red House Painters were just some side project. Duk Koo Kim is the best thing to ever be written by Kozalek under SKM.
