I don't know if I liked it or not. I listened to it while traveling from new mexico to st louis so it wasn't the most conducive environment to deep listening. that said, I'm glad I listened to it and it put me in a really weird frame of mind. especially while I was driving across the bizarrely snow covered desert through freezing fog with oil wells all around me. the album really fit that strange and dehumanized aesthetic. as far as sutcliffe jugend albums go I like blue rabbit much more the actual music of WSOYG is a little samey and there have been other PE groups which have done that style of feedback abuse + buried vocals a lot better. it was nice to start an album when I left the hotel in the morning and have it finished within ten minutes of me arriving at my house

maybe most conventional isn't exactly right but I definitely think it's one of the more accessible. The problem I (and I believe others) have with bjork is her music becomes grating and tiring to listen to after a relatively short time. I find homogenic to be one of the more approachable albums in that regard
