well this all semantics in phrasing, it's just our definitions that are different. if i can understand why something was important, why somone would enjoy a type of sound i probably wouldn't call it bad. i don't listen to mozart for example, if i were to rate him on a scale of how motivated i am towards listening to him again i'd give him a 5/10. this doesn't make mozart a 5/10. i find it boring =! bad. i find a voice annoying =! bad. qualitative music isn't bad. there are certain recognizable qualities good music has which can be recognized whetter or not you enjoy it, is what i'm saying.
