Why would you choose the best of instead of 13 or S/T

That might work, however I too struggled to find a good torrent, until I eventually just forked out the $10 on iJew
How do you feel about Midnight Snack? I like this new direction Sagar is going, but I miss those drums and bass.
>>61376305
That's exactly it, lacking real drums and bass. What happened to the band members? Are they still with?
It was very enjoyable, though. Chill as always with honest and good humored subject matter. In the shower had jazzier tracks and more than I enjoyed than Midnight Snack. That chill stoner jazz sound is why I love them so, and I hope they don't lose that sound any further.

All the recent videos I've seen of him live are without any band members, just him acting as a sort of DJ. Maybe they had a falling out, or they moved on. I know that his drummer and his bassist both have other projects that they work on, so maybe they focused on other things. I really doubt they make much money, so a fall out could be easy.
And I definitely feel you about Midnight Snack. It really made me wish for Drums/Bass, makes it sounds way less...shallow? That sexy, shiny, jazzy slacker sound is missed too.

Such an underrated album
>>61376619
this is all very true. If that were the case I wouldn't be upset, in fact I am impressed with his efforts especially if he didn't have a backing band. where can I find other bands with that slacker jazz sound?

>where can I find other bands with that slacker jazz sound?
I've been asking the same question for a while now. Nothing really compares to Homeshake, maybe beside Mac and those other Quebec acts.
