My upcoming album (coming out on New Year's Day) is gonna be the last release of mine where I completely rely on a DAW to make noise, because I ordered myself a small mixer, a contact mic, a distortion pedal to go further with my experimentations. So, that's pretty lit. Here's a track I made like maybe a week ago?

Also, if someone could buy several hundred copies of my EP, that would be rad too.

One of my tracks is post-rock... but I have no idea what the rest would be under. I don't give a shit about genres, but in order to make my music more accessible, it would help to label it.
>>61355276
Very kind of you to say, thank you.
"Experimental" might be the most workable one for you. It's not quite avant-garde, but it certainly works within its own realms.

Just listened to the whole album and I think unhinged has some synth-rock, EBM and post-punk, fatigue is almost certanly between industrial and IDM and consternation is new wave
Nevertheless it all is just filled with prog and dark wave so those should be the two BIG genres through wich you should promote the EP

Made through little pieces of rawdata spliced together to make a full track, all four tracks on this ep use this technique

We've been together since 2013 and have written like 6-8 songs but never got to recording cause we can't afford a studio, so finally we bought some home recording stuff for less and recorded this track in around 3 weeks because we were all busy. Tell me what you think pls

listened to snippets from the other half and lahdeeah. i dont think just your vocals and the guitar are enough. the tracks lack immediacy so its hard for me to stay interested. dump tracks 1 and 2 are both interesting though because theyve got a little more going on. try to diversify your sound palette a bit. i think you and your companion los dirkin should keep making music together rather than separately. youre on a good path.
>>61354952
the way you string things together is pretty interesting. kind of like a disjointed stream of consciousness in a way. a pleasant listen. looking forward to an albums worth of material. you should post your music on soundcloud, its a better environment for getting feedback and the such.
>>61357324
sounds pretty manic. has a very strange outsider music vibe. sounds like kids music for adult kids. kudos for helping out those shaggy ladies. pretty impressive roster of collaborations.

WORKS MORE AS AN ARCHIVE OF /MU/CISIANS

Here's my Bandcamp, and my new single that's on SC which I hope that you'll check out.
It's been a while since I wrote here, or uploaded music. I'm glad to see some familiar faces, and I'll start listening to your new tracks soon.
This new single called "Worth It" has some Toronto vibes, over "trappier" production than what I've previously done.
