Houses of the Holy. It's their most stylistically varied album. IV has When the Levees Break, but it also has Stairway to Heaven and Battle of Evermore. Physical Grafitti has Kashmir and Trampled Underfoot, but it's got too much less-great stuff from previous album sessions. (Every album until PG was it's own unique session/progression from the previous one.)
Houses of the Holy has no duds, and works as a whole. It's clearly their best work.
