It's just nice to hear a good pop album tbqh
Pop music isn't inherently bad, it's just that most artists just do a couple of singles and the effort ends there. Whereas most of the songs on this are fully developed ear worms with gorgeous production. And she did it herself rather than simply being a face for someone else's songwriting/ production talent
California is annoying, Belly of the Beat is underdeveloped and Scream is both. Otherwise this album is a pretty great pop album. Probably the best since Arch Android imo
