Rise of Caligula - Parading From Heaven's Descent
>grindcore, technical death metal. This is the band that Kerri and George from Deafheaven were in before going on to form the well-known black metal/shoegaze/post-rock band. Decent stuff, really nice chilled-out acoustic sections that really catch you off guard. Sounds like a proto-Deafheaven at times, leaning towards that more melodic and textural sound, especially in the last track.

Looking for Zuno Keisatsu's album 1 (aka Zunou Keisatsu 1, aka Brain Police 1, aka 頭脳警察1), if anyone has it. Fantastic Japanese protest folk from the 70s.
