Tom Carter is so mediocre, everything he makes sounds exactly the same, and he does that multiple times a year. I wouldn't give him a #1 spot. Pic related is the best experimental album this year.

anyone have a link to bryon westrbrook? i saw a performance of his opening for phil niblock and was really impressed. couldnt find his music afterwards though.
really happy to see this list though. best list ive seen from p4k and just good in general. never heard of a lot of these and this is the type of stuff i actively seek out.
