>Reviewing music using a number system based on absolutely nothing
Why do retards eat this shit up?

As opposed to a letter system?

A simple yes/no system would make way more sense
Because pitchfork doesn't understand what art is and instead thinks there's some definitive science behind scoring music. Like the pseudo intellects they are, Pitchfork believes they can ascertain the value of a peice of music down to the tenth of a point, as if it even makes sense to score a song an 8.3 rather than an 8.2, it doesn't make sense.

or worse, they know it's meaningless but do it anyway because it gets clicks
>>61199267
But that would just lead back to Op's question
>>61199307
i see, yeah it does
it proves that retards exist and that p4k relies on their stupidity for income
>>61198950
>good

That's every rating system.
>having a 100 point score system

How does pitchfork make money? They are universally hated, are there really that many page views from trolling through snobby/douchebag reviews?
