>one of my friends also used to go out with him
>she has anxiety, is afraid of him
>protect/comfort her the night, feel badass
>ex tries to hang out with us the entire night because he didn't know anyone else
>he looks uncomfortable and miserable the entire night

>tweens sit down, leave the chair open
>no one else came to sit in the chair
>saw him later sitting in an unclaimed seat all the way in the back

>ugly landwhale girl runs to the front after the support acts finish
>she starts fucking screaming when they come on but everyone sort of laughs about it
>during all the first few songs you can hear her shouting the band members names and how she loves them
>at this point the whole crowd is getting annoyed with her
>during every moment between songs shes shouting "BRENDAN, PHOTO, BRENDAN PHOTO" repeatedly and repeatedly
>people are yelling "shut the fuck up" to her
>brendan, one of the guitarists and singers, is getting fucking annoyed and purposely ignoring her
>she keeps shouting and screaming throughout the rest of the next few songs
>"BRENDAN, HUG ME PLEASE I LOVE YOU" she shouts over and over during the pauses
>he eventually does lean down and hug her but theres a look on his face of disgust as he does it
>but that didnt even shut her up

I'd never queued for a concert before and always wanted to as a teen. I had the chance and I thought it'd be a good idea, but I was proven 100% wrong.

That's how I get at night clubs, I can go concerts alone fine but being a nightclub is just maximum 'I'm going to die alone and everyone else is having fun'-core.
Either way, seen NMH twice and the first time I almost cried at Two headed Boy part two and the next time it was Oh Comely. Fucking fantastic band.
Anyway
>Go see local band (PAWS, punky rock stuff would recommend) in a bar
>Drink 6 beers on the way, and immediately beforehand go smoke two spliffs
>Heckle the band when they start shittalking the crowd (They were into it, they like to try shittalk the crowd into having fun, so I wasn't being a dick or anything)
>Towards the end the drummer moves all his stuff into the crowd
>Guitarist follows suit and stands on top of drums
>I end up on stage with the bassist singing along for two songs and dancing with him (Songs being Bird Inside Birdcage, Ribcage Inside Bird and Owl's Talons Clenching My Heart for anyone who knows them)
>Talk to the guys afterwards about the new album, Garden of Elks and some other stuff I don't recall while my mate is sitting in the corner being way too fucked up.
Great fun, I'm excited for the new album and the new tour.

>after some good 40 minutes of drinking and fucking around with buddies watching them we realize their set is over
>They decide to do a challenge where they will turn everything to the maximum and play as long and as loud as they can without fainting
