That's why I at least stay away from swedish music

It kind of is a collage too, it's guitar improv inspired by each of those pictures

>Hurtbreak Wonderland is better
I can't decide which I prefer between Hurtbreak and Palmless Prayer. I guess it just decides on my mood. Girls, from the Girls/Boys Song EP last year, is brilliant.
>>61162293
Black Antlers is top-tier Coil. That and Musick 1.
When Pornography is no Longer Enough is fun too. If you haven't heard the new Consumer Electronics album yet, check it out. It's some of the best PE I've ever heard.

Negativland is cool but they have some not very cool stuff like their s/t that you might like if you like minimal sampling
I don't

How's that Art Ensemble of Chicago? It looks really cool and I love Certain Blacks (the album, not the group of people... I mean I have many black friends I'm not racist) but I haven't been on the mood for stuff that is too fast recently

dollhouse songs? you need to really sell me in on this one, i can't really take anything related to whitehouse seriously (except for ramleh)

one of my favourite rym users said this about when pornography is no longer enough and it kinda sums up my feelings about it

>Describing this album in one word is easy: silly. If thirty-three minutes of some bloke making an absolute tit of himself over Noise music isn't silly I don't know what is. I like silly music. If I didn't like silly music I wouldn't be a fan of Emerson, Lake & Palmer. But they're silly in a good way. This, for the most part, is way too silly to be properly enjoyed.

It's good, but not as good as People in Sorrow, which I recommend to you, specially if you want slower stuff.

Oh right CBL forgot about that
Yeah there is a bit of an underground noise/ambient/industrial scene as well as a local punk scene which I guess I belong to but in my opinion they're nothing special
I wouldn't really know about the industrial scene though because it's not really my thing

>>61162433
Cerberus Shoal's S/T is their best work come on
Also I haven't checken that WEG EP yet thanks for reminding me! I'd be slutpriser if it's even nearly as good as Palmless Prayer though because that is one of my all time favourites

>>61162630
Love the album but yeah the live show was lackluster
It's a shame because they were a big part of the reason I went to England

>dollhouse songs? you need to really sell me in on this one, i can't really take anything related to whitehouse seriously
It's a lot more serious than Whitehouse and Sutcliffe Jugend are. It isn't like that ironic ultra aggressive serial killer worship pedo stuff, etc. The lyrics are blunter, handling more political and societal problems. The noise is amazingly produced too. It's not like the noise walls found on Whitehouse albums, this stuff is kind of techno inspired and just very well made. A couple of the songs have female vocals too, which are fantastic. At the end of the day it's still a guy yelling over noise, so I dunno if you'll like it. But if the silliness is your problem, I think this'd be a better fit than Whitehouse.
