Not that guy but I wouldn't call Panda Bear one of the most accessable out there. sure he has some poppier stuff but he also has a 14 minute long song where half of it is a 3 second drone repeated for 8 minutes.
Plus I would say something like Boys Latin would still sound pretty weird to the average listener.
