Half the time he doesn't even review the music based on the music.
Take the number 10 on this one for example. It's a Bieber track. He ends up just going on a rant about how he doesn't like Bieber and how Bieber's a baby (kek) and all that shit. The song itself isn't even that bad. It's not GOOD. But it's definitely not one of the worst songs of the year, that's for damn sure. It's like he just said "hey, I don't like Bieber, let's find a song where he apologises for his actions, and twist it because I don't like him".
