There was a $135 boxset that's picture in the OP. You couldn't buy everything individually and this was a one time run. There was a pre-sale version with a different box cover and some extra swag that cost close to $200, and then there was a collector's boxset with rare shit plus a shirt that was being auctioned on ebay during the summer that went well over $300 or more.
