I learned a long time ago that music is one of the more subjective artforms out there, and all music that I find "good" boils down to me simply liking it and not liking other music. Musical taste varies greatly on this planet, and its really hard to find a consensus on anything.
What im saying is I no longer judge people based on what they listen to or dont listen to. If anything I judge people on whether or not they listen to anything at all. I feel a bit more close to people who actively listen to music, and seek out new artists/bands and listen to entire discographys and go to shows vs people who just don't listen to anything.
