The only thing that sounds Beach Boysey on the album is Panda's voice. His voice is similar to Brian's. The harmonies are structured differently, the songs are structured differently, and the instrumentation could not be more different. As for calling it random? Retarded. Just because you're too dense to separate the layers doesn't mean there's no intention behind them. The sonic palette is too consistent for it to be random, and they actually use a lot of relatively underutilized meters and modes in the writing. This album is probably smarter than a lot of stuff you listen to, and your lack of capacity compensates by giving up on making sense out of it and shitposting about it instead.
