Waka Flocka was amazing
The Mars Volta is my favourite band of all time, and his interview with them was easily the best Volta interview I've ever seen. One of my favourite interviews in general, really.
Otherwise, his one with Odd Future, because I really got into James Pants after I saw that interview. I'm not too keen on Odd Future anymore, but James Pants' second and third albums are still incredibly good.
Any interview's a good shout, anyway. Nardwuar's easily the greatest interviewer of all time.
