If it at least looked less affected, it could potentially be charmingly clumsy, and if it went further down the grotesque route it could potentially be cool in a punk way.
But nope, it's just a lazy attempt to cover up her inability to draw pretty things. She starts out drawing something that could potentially be pretty, fucks it up, and then surrounds it with more outright ugly things hoping that it'll result in something "ironically ugly" that avant-teens will like, just like her face.
