I saw them (or, more specifically, him) live and he was great. Scott had pink-eye so John just did an acoustic set. Naturally, he played Shit Twins last and goddamn, it was so good. This was when they were touring with TWIABP and Pity Sex. Pretty good show.

I saw them on that tour the night before Scott stopped playing because of pink eye. All of their gear kept failing on them, and the kids there for TWIABP kept yelling for Shit Twins and barely knew any of Dads other songs. They honestly put on a pretty great set all of the considered, and they both gave me a hug after the set and talked to me a bit about their old demos. They use to be really cool guys, but they really have changed and it's a shame.
