>>60953908
its great but it would've been better if the whole album sounded more like the first 2 tracks
i generally prefer sketches of spain to any other of his albums because i've yet to find any other music that sounds like it, although i'm 100% sure it exists
>his favorite Miles album is electric
lol
>tfw miles never cut a cool jazz lp again
>>60954038

I don't know man sounds pretty cohesive to me,especially Miles runs the voodoo down and Feio.
Wont' deny that first three tracks are GOAT.
>>60953831

>>60954191
really wasn't a fan of feio, i think sanctuary makes a much better album closer
Someone had to.

How could one man be so based /mu/?
>>60954285
i always feel like a contrarian to say that i don't like this album that much, but that's really how i feel. I acknowledge that it's a well made album and an extremely influential one as well, but it really doesn't do much for me.
I once had sex with this album lowkey playing on repeat in the background
It lasted for about 3 hours....
>>60954328
You must be white

Williams drumming on Kilimanjaro is mind blowing
>>60954549

Is it even possible to listen to Miles Davis' entire discography?
>>60954581
Frelon Brun is my fav on the album desu
its because I'm a drummer though sue me haha
>>60953734
>played on some of Charlie Parker's earliest sides for Dial and Savoy
>on Prestige his recordings included no less than Thelonious Monk, John Coltrane, Sonny Rollins and Horace Silver some of his bands
>only his Columbia albums get posted
most Miles Davis fans will never hear beyond his most popular period (which I guess makes them fans of Columbia Records more than of his whole career)
those early sides with Bird and his Prestige albums aren't juvenilia; from one perspective they're his best work.
