This happened to me. Do you use q-tips? Dont. Quit them, though they feel so delicious. Then use an OTC earwax clearing fluid many times, following box directions. Clear ears. Still dont use Q-tips. Listen to music freely, clearly, so deliciously. Then drink remaining ear wax fluid and kill self. But for real, everything before that last point, do it.

For real, dont use swabs on them yung ears. It pushes it in over time, compacting. You have to let it work itself out, rinse in shower with warm water. If already jammed, use ear wax dissolver. Then quit them q tips. Music is worth the effort.
