Sophie new tracks are fantastic
i don't love hannah diamond, as i don't think her music is as intriguing as some of her peers, but i think she's one of the few who's still really trying to encapsulate the "philosophy" behind pc music - holding a mirror to the unsavory aspects of pop music, while many of her label mates just seem content to make the same music they were trying to satirize two years ago.
just look at the hi video, there's something truly unsettling about the way this (clearly) grown woman is completely infantilized in this childish bedroom, singing these really immature and "lovesick" lyrics in such a flat and creepily deadpan manner. idk.
