IDK when i get really depressed I usually don't listen to anything, I get really dissasociative and all music just kinda sounds unpleasant.I just read novel length fanfiction and try to ignore the real world.
I listen to happy music because I hate wallowing in sadness. Doesn't always work though.

Not really about hating your life, but more about giving up on it. It's about a dude who got super dumped and now he's horribly lonely, depressed and can't go on with life normally anymore. Also he kills himself in the last song.
