Fear Fun was great, like a happier, more psychadelic Fleet Foxes. Honeybear was pretty good but it's been overrated as fuck. Interesting how his popularity surpasses Fleet Foxes. Hope he eventually gets back to them though.

most love songs are really generalizing in their lyrics but being in love is the complete opposite of that, what you love about someone is often really specific things about their personality and appearance, and everything he writes on the second album can only be about his butterface wife
