Wildly different sounds, yes, but equally entertaining. Filth is short and crushing, but TBK is sprawling and vast and almost transcendental.

I think it is really leaning towards post rock, but swans makes all kinds of music so it all comes down to taste. I remember reading Michael Gira hated White Light from the Mouth of Infinity, but I think it is one of the best Swans albums. Good thing for Swans their recent work is astonishing as well
