Hey man, no offense but if I used to be listening to old school death metal, but then I decided agollach is cooler I would have to end my own life. I do recommend Vali, Tenhi, Empyrium - where at night the wood grouse plays, and ulver's neofolk album. All very good neofolk, I like death in june too but this is all more moody, less post punkish.

If people want recs or whatver I'm always happy to hand them out. Assuming I'm given something solid to base it off.
This also homogenises peoples tastes though, and anything else is completely non-constructive (guessing fetishes, personalities, etc)

Making comments on what you actually think about the albums you're quoting, giving recommendations based on the person's chart (that's very hard to do though and I don't blame you if you can't always do that, I actually hate doing that,) I think guessing stuff about people can be sort of fun. Giving little plus and minus ratings is totally pointless though.
