Idk, I didn't see him this year and only probably listened to a handful of recent mixes plus his berghain mix and that just lacked something. One or two good moments but if someone played that set at the club I would go and have a chat with my mates.

Norman is probably least hyped Berghain resident apart from maybe Boris but his profile is rising you're right.
I just think the way he combines momentum/narrative with a lot of variation in his sets is fantastic. The bunker one was a bit weird for him in that he played loads of ~classic tunes~ which he didn't do the few times I saw him at Berghain and elsewhere plus in other mixes from him. Don't know why that is but maybe it's because he was in Australia.
I still love that mix though. It's not something I listen to for anything interesting but I think it's amazing. You're right about the high hats though but I honestly have no issue with it. Works for me.

I went to LTEC in 2013 and had an absolute blast desu.
My day was Louie McCoy-->Space Dimension Controller-->Kerri Chandler--->Theo Parrish-->Pariah-->Ben UFO-->Pearson Sound. Stayed away from the main stage and had a fantastic time, then went home, had a shower and saw Marcell Pittman play at the Mercat for the Animals Dancing afterparty.
I haven't been to LTEC since but am going this year and if it's anywhere near as good as 2013 I
will be very happy. Not convinced it will be though because it's got a name for itself now and the lineup isn't as ridiculous.

I used to be a clubbing egalitarian until I saw how much better it can be when you either keep the trash away or they just don't hear about it. The answer to both questions is basically the same. I don't really interfere with other peoples fun by being sloppy as fuck and bumping into people/dropping drinks/interfering with the dj's gear, I don't hit on girls aggressively (alongside all of the theoretical issues I have with this this is an issue for me practically as I have a few female friends who routinely get harassed and it impacts how I feel on the night), I don't spend all of my time on the dance floor chatting loudly, I don't make circles around out pile of bags and push everyone out of the way in the process. Wooing excessively is also a fucking pain in the arse.
I have literally no issue with how anyone is if they don't impact other people but the fact is pilled 19 year olds do all this kind of shit, as a general rule. There are obviously exceptions and those exceptions are fine.

There is a reason most clubs/club nights only last so long before the bookers move on, the peak comes early usually and then it's a decline from then. I've seen so many good clubnights turn shit because the bookers didn't call it quits early enough.
